Store Policy

Method of Payment

Our on-line store currently accepts Master Card, Visa and Discover credit cards. All prices are in United States funds only. We also accept checks via mail, we do wait until the check clears the bank before shipping your order. Please print our order form, complete, mail with your check to our store, and it will be processed as soon as possible.

Shipping/Delivery

We will do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however, most of our products are made specifically for your order. Your order will be processed as it is received. Occasionally, it may take up to six (6) weeks to get your order to you. We will try to list on the web-site the time frame in which that specific product will ship. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our Sales Department.

In stock items will be shipped within three (3) days of payment. All other items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks. Some of our products are made to order, and it may take a few days longer than what is quoted to get your order to you. Custom orders may vary from 4 to 6 weeks.

If you need the product sooner, please contact our Sales Department and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

At this time we will accept International Orders, but the order must be placed directly with our Sales Department. We will verify with you the total cost for shipping, before we will accept payment. If the extra shipping costs are acceptable, we will then process the order.

Returns

All returns must be claimed within 3 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without our Sales Department issuing a customer return authorization number (CRN). For a customer return authorization number (CRN) you must call our Sales Department before you return the product to us. You must give the date that your ordered your product, your name, method of payment (credit card used) and the reason for the return. The product must then be returned to our Store within 7 days, and with that we must have a copy of the shipping receipt for the product that was inside the box. All items must be repackaged in the original packaging. Initial shipping charges will not be reimbursed, neither will the shipping charges to get the product to our store. Also, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Items are not considered defective if the measurements are posted on the web-site and you decide after you get it that it is not the right size or color. If the item was damaged in shipping, we need to know this, because the shipping carrier is responsible for the replacement costs. A photo of the damaged product and box will be required. We insure the product from us to you and you should insure the product during shipment to us. CUSTOM ORDER ARE NON-RETURNABLE. The Ranch will not be held liable or will be responsible for crediting the customer for the return. If the returned product is not received within 7 days from our Sales Department issuing a customer return authorization number (CRN) will will not issue a credit. The credit will not be processed on your credit card until we receive the product. Please follow these instructions for return product to us:

1. Call our Sales Department and receive a customer return authorization number (CRN) .

2. Package the product in the original box and packaging materials.

3. Include the shipping invoice, your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, date ordered, credit card used, and if the product was damaged, photos of the damaged box and product. (Obviously, if the box was damaged you will need to use another box).

4. All return shipping charges are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed. We will not accept COD deliveries.

6. You can expect your refund on your credit card to be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

Furniture/Framed Artwork Shipping Policy

The furniture and framed artwork is custom ordered, and will be shipped via common carrier due to the weight and size of each product. The shipping charges added to your order on the web-site are a handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be added to the total price of the order.

All orders are custom made and please allow 4-6 six weeks for delivery. All colors and dimensions may vary slightly. All furniture/framed artwork can not be returned unless it is damaged in shipment. All sales are final.

Cow-Hide Products (Made by Saddle Barn)

All products made from cow-hide are individually made and the colors will vary. There is no guarantee of the mixture of color (i.e., if you order a black and white purse there is no guarantee on the amount of black and white variations). These products cannot be returned just based on color variations. Over-time, the cow-hide products will have a certain amount of hair loss due to normal wear, therefore, they can not be returned for this reason.

 

 

Product Quality

All products are from manufacturers that only produce the best products. We will do everything in our power to ensure that the product quality is excellent. If you are unhappy with the quality of a certain product, please feel free to call our Sales Department, and we will do our best to ensure you are a satisfied customer. Customer satisfaction is the key to our business, and we want you to be satisfied.

Credit Card Security

We use a secure server. All information is transmitted in an encrypted form to completely protect your information from all unauthorized users. It cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. All personal information is the property of The Ranch, Inc. and will not be used for any other purpose than completing your order and we will not sell the information to anyone.

Catalogs

We do not offer a mail order catalog at this time, and our products are subject to change. Please feel free to call our Sales Department at any time to find out the availability of any product.

Special/Mass Orders

We will accept mass orders of any one item. Please give us plenty of time to have the product made. We will do our very best to get the order to you as promptly as possible. All special/mass orders are non-returnable and all sales are final.

Canceling Your Order

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. You have the right to cancel the order within three days of placing the order. You must call our Sales Department to do so. We will charge a 3% processing fee to cover our credit card processing costs.
